Refund Policy

We promise to refund any damaged, un item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition (subject to notifying the Returns by the Return form or by post within 14 days of receipt), to

  • Non standard items are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you do not have the original method of payment you will be credited by gift voucher.
  • Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags attached and intact.
  • Any shoes returned must be returned in their original box (if supplied boxed).
  • For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on underwear, swimwear if the hygiene strip has been removed unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
  • Please note, all items can only be returned by post and must be appropriately packaged and labelled as direct by INWU staff
  • You also have the right to cancel your contract with us and return your items by post within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order.  Delivery costs will not be refunded  (see delivery costs here for details)
  • Your statutory rights are not affected by our refund policy.
